Women’s Circles

Each women’s circle is designed around a theme or a focus point, e.g wellbeing, self care etc. We meet and gather in a circle as a gathering of like minded women coming to share and creatively explore whatever the topic may be. This is a space of quiet reflection and sharing of ideas with other women. We usually finish with afternoon tea and friendship to nourish each other even more.

During these circles we hold space for each other as women and together explore common topics relating to life and wellbeing. Participation is totally from a space that you feel most comfortable.

Activities may include things like discussion in group or pairs, art/ creativity, movement, meditation, workbooks, breathwork. (not all at once) . Each circle runs for 2 hours with up to 3 max activities each time.

Participant numbers are limited for every circle so numbers are kept small.
