This class is for anyone who would like a regular deep stretch and release from everyday built up tension or stress.

Targeting the fascial planes of the body where tension and stress are often held in the body, in this class we work on the fascial release using various tools and techniques through gentle guided floor based work.

What’s included: guided fascial releases, breathwork and yin yoga as release. Class numbers are limited. All equipment provided.
