Chair Yoga

These classes are held every Thursday of the school term. We explore movement, breath, balance, strength and enjoy a short guided meditation at the end of each class.

Using the chair as a base and a support, this class is for anyone who wants to keep mobile, work on their coordination and balance, and have a nice gentle stretch.

Working the whole body and mind throughout the class all from the chair or if you are up to the challenge you are encouraged and guided into a more challenging flow, but if not then this class meets you right where you are at.
